KLEU AIET scheduled for May 5, 2012
KLEU AIET or KLEU-All India Entrance Test is conducted by the KLE University for aspirants seeking admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The undergraduate courses include MBBS, BDS, BPT, BAMS, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Certificate B.Sc. Nursing, and B. Pharmacy; while the postgraduate courses include MPT, M.D. Ayurveda, M.Sc. Nursing and M. Pharmacy. Scheduled to be held on May 5, 2012, KLEU-AIET will be held in 17 centers across the country.

Eligibility:
For Undergraduate courses:
- MBBS: Applicants should have cleared PCB/E individually and must have acquired 60% marks in PCB and 50% marks in English.BDS: Aspirants should have cleared PCB/E individually and must have acquired 50% Marks in PCB taken together. Also, they should have cleared English.
- B.Pharmacy: Candidates must have acquired 40% and above aggregate marks in 10+2 (PCB/PCM/PC & Computer Science/ PC & Electronics). Also, they should have cleared English.
- BAMS: Candidates must have obtained 50% and above aggregate marks in 10+2 (PCB) and should have cleared English.
- B.Sc (Nursing): Aspirants must have acquired 45% and above aggregate marks in PCB & English.
- PO.B.Sc (Nursing): Aspirants must have cleared G.N.M. (Diploma Programme)
- BPT: Applicants must have obtained 40% and above aggregate marks in 10+2 (PCB) and should have passed in English.
For Postgraduate courses:
- M.Pharm: Candidates must have acquired 50% and above aggregate in B.Pharmacy from a recognized University.
- MD & MS (Ayurveda): Candidate must have obtained 50% and above marks in MBBS from a recognized University.
- MPT: Aspirants must have acquired 50% and above aggregate marks in BPT from a recognized University.
- M.Sc (Nursing): Candidate must have obtained 55% and above aggregate marks in B.Sc. Nursing, Basic/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing. (Click for Admission procedure)
Exam pattern:
Undergraduate entrance: The three-hour exam comprises of one question paper carrying 200 multiple-choice objective-type questions including 50 questions each on Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology on the level of 10+2 exam. Every correct answer will be give one mark each. However, there is no negative marking. Know more about KLEU-AIET 2012
Postgraduate entrance: The postgraduate test consists of 100 MCQs (Multiple Choice Questions) based on the curriculum approved by the Regulatory Councils for the respective under-graduate courses viz. B.Pharm, BPT, B.Sc Nursing, BAMS. The exam is of 2 hours duration.
