Now Students can apply online for KCET 2012

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is underway to introduce an ‘Online Application System' for applying for KCET 2012 Entrance Exam. So, all those students who are appearing for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2012 can apply online from the next academic year. The authority is also looking for a way to apply offline as well.

A senior official of the authority said that from next year onwards, students need not to purchase brochures and application forms through their colleges. This move will come as a tough task for students in the rural areas.

He added that final decision will be taken at the KEA governing council meeting. Some of the KEA officials will also visit the National Institute of Technology Karnataka Suratkal to learn as how the online seat selection process takes place.
