RPMT goes online starting this session
The Rajasthan University of Health Services (RUHS) has decided to conduct the upcoming Rajasthan pre-medical entrance exam (RPMT) online for the first time.
According to officials of RUHS, RPMT-2012 will be conducted online. A common merit list will be generated on the basis of percentile equalization just like in CET and railway recruitment examinations, reported The Times of India.
RUHS will hold a core committee meeting where other issues related to the online exam will be discussed including the schedule of the RPMT.
RPMT is conducted in the state of Rajasthan by RUHS to select students for admission to the MBBS/BDS courses at various medical/dental affiliated colleges of RUHS, Jaipur. Usually held during the month of May every year, the online test will be conducted on multiple days in seven centers of the state.
According to RUHS officials, the university will provide a demo version of the online test to familiarize students with the online mode. (Read more...)
