Established in 1972, Desh Bhagat University, Punjab is the only private university in state of Punjab to get the 12 (b) status and operates its campuses in Moga, Chandigarh, Shri Muktsar Sahib and Kenya. Courses offered by Guru Nanak Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital are B.A.M.S. These courses are in the stream of Medicine & Health Sciences.

The White Medical College and Hospital accepts NEET scores for admission to MBBS programme. Candidates cannot get without passing NEET. The seats are alloted to candidates based on their NEET rank via Baba Farid University of Health Sciences counselling conducted by Punjab Government.

• Service obligation completion for those who have graduated from Christian Dental College, Ludhiana and those who have made an agreement to do the stipulated service.
• Candidates who have not completed their service obligation (if applicable) for any reason will not be eligible to apply for post-graduation at Christian Dental College, Ludhiana.
• Church membership certificate
• Baptism certificate
• Service obligation completion certificate (if applicable). However, certificate should state the period and place (s) of service and should be from the competent authority.

Seat reservations at the Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh: 15 percent of seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste, 5 percent are reserved for PWD, 3 central pool seats, 15 percent are allotted under All India Quota, 9 NRI quota seats, and 92 for Chandigarh domicile students. Candidates who passed class 10th, class 11th, and class 12th from Chandigarh UT schools are eligible for the state quota.

Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the student may file his / her claim with the Registrar of their respective college for further action
