NEET MDS is a computer-based exam of three hours duration with two time-bound sections. Part A was for 75 minutes and had 100 questions. Part B had 140 questions to be solved in105 minutes. Students can qualify for lateral entry to take admission into 2nd year at GJU (Guru Jambheshwar University) provided that the first year of law degree has been done in Chhaju Ram Law College and is equivalent to the course structure of GJU. Lateral entry is usually allowed between universities with the same credits and compatibility of subjects along with previous academic status.
