COMED-K PGET 2012 to be held on 12th Feb

Consortium of Medical, Engineering & Dental, Karnataka (COMED-K) will conduct a Post Graduate Entrance Test (PGET) on 12th February. The test will be conducted separately for Medical and Dental Post Graduate courses. COMED-K PGET 2012 is mandatory for students seeking admission to Post Graduate courses in Medical and Dental Studies in the Member Institutions. The written exam will be held in 27 centers in Bangalore. The COMEDK PGET 2012 test scores will be valid only for admissions during the academic year 2012-2013.

Test Scheme

There will be one separate test for PG Medical and one separate test for PG Dental Courses. Each test will have 180 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ). The time allotted for the test would be 180 minutes. The test will begin at 02:30 PM and end at 05:30.

(Note: There will be no negative marking.)

Test Admission Requirements:

• Test Admission Tickets (TAT) issued by COMED-K and a ballpoint pen, either blue or black.
• Candidate's copy of Date of Birth Certificate and ID proof submitted at the time of making the application.
• Recent passport size color photograph.
• Any one of the following photo ID proof:-

PAN Card issued prior to 13th January 2012.

Driving License issued prior to 13th January, 2012.

Running Savings Bank Account Passbook with Photo issued by a Bank/Post Office prior to 13th January, 2012 (Photo attested by the Bank Manager/Post Master)

Service Identity Card issued prior to 13th January, 2012 by State/Central Government,

Public Sector Undertakings, Local Bodies, Public Limited Companies with photographs.

Voter ID issued by the Election Commission of India.

Photo ID card issued by the Institution last attended with the signature of the issuing authority across the photo of the candidate.
