NBSAT

The institute will share slot booking details for personal interview through email after the NBSAT result has been released. The details will be released only with qualifying candidates.

There is no specific date of NBSAT result declaration. The NBSAT result will be declared within 24 hours of completion of the test by the candidate.

The institute uses NBSAT score to evaluate the candidate for MBA programme. The selection process includes aptitude test, psychometric profiling, academic performance, work experience, and a personal interview.

The cut-off for the NBSAT Entrance test is 50%. Candidates have to score at least 50% marks in the exam to be eligible for selection.

The maximum age of a candidate for MBA is 28 years at the Narayana Business School. The minimum age limit is 19 as the candidates should be a graduate or in final year of Bachelor's degree course.

NBSAT test is mandatory for all MBA and PGDM programmes offered by Narayana Business School. Candidates can also use CAT, XAT, NMAT, CMAT and scores for admission.

NBSAT is conducted phase wise in remote proctored mode. Candidates are allotted an exam date and slot once they submit the application form. NBSAT 2026 registration is underway and candidates will be given a test slot as and when they submit the form.

NBSAT is conducted online in remote proctored mode. Candidates can take test from any location in the given slot and time. They will need to login 15 minutes before the test  starts.

The main topics of NBSAT include Quant & Data Interpretation, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Business & Economic Awareness, Communication & Language Proficiency, Creativity & Innovation, and Decision-Making & Ethical Reasoning.

After NBSAT result declaration, candidates will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round. They will have to appear for the PI round on the given dates and submit Statement of Purpose (SOP). Post the PI round, all the candidates will be evaluated on their performance and overall academic profile. Those who shall pass the admission criteria will be offered admission.
