The CFA 2024 scheduling deadline for the November session exams is today, i.e. August 13, 2024. Candidates who wish to appear for the CFA 2024 exam in the November session and have filled out the CFA application form 2024 can schedule their exam at their convenience. The candidates can choose the dates available to take the exam. The Level 1 CFA 2024 exam for the November session is scheduled to be conducted between November 13, 2024, and November 19, 2024. The Level 2 November CFA 2024 exam will be conducted between November 20, 2024, and November 24, 2024. How to Schedule the CFA Exam?
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to schedule the CFA exam 2024:
- Go to the official website of the CFA Institute
- Ensure you have completed the CFA registration process and paid the CFA application fee
- After completing the registration process and fee payment, click on the 'Schedule Your Exam' option in the CFA Program tile
- Now, enter the preferred location, start date and end date for the CFA exam 2024
- You will now be redirected to the available options for the scheduling
- Choose a date, time and location for the CFA exam from the available options
- You will be redirected to the appointment verification page where your personal details, appointment details and payment details will be displayed
- Check the details and then click on the 'Complete Appointment' button to confirm the CFA exam appointment
There is no dress code, so wear what you’re comfortable in – within reason, of course. We recommend that you dress in layers so that you can adjust and keep comfortable as needed. Candidates must make sure that they reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts. It is not mandatory to wear suits to the CFA exam centre. The attire should be decent and comfortable.
Candidates who have already applied for the CFA exam have the option of deferring or delaying their CFA exam to the next exam window. Students who are unable to take the exam for any reason which cannot be avoided, can request for a deferral. But, the deferral will be approved by the CFA institute and only then it will be allowed.
Students also need to pay a deferral fee of 250 US dollars if the deferral is approved. Once approved, candidates will also be required to submit the supporting documents, such as a medical certificate in case of an illness.
The CFA Institute will review the deferral request and assess the validity of the reasons given. If they find the request to be genuine then the candidate may be granted the deferral.
