The CFA 2025 scheduling deadline for the May session exams is today, i.e. February 11, 2025. Candidates who wish to appear for the CFA 2025 exam for the February session and have filled out the CFA application form 2025 can schedule their exam at their convenience. The candidates can choose the dates available to take the exam. The Level 1 CFA 2025 exam for the May session is scheduled to be conducted between May 14, 2025, and May 20, 2025. How to Schedule the CFA Exam?
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to know how to schedule the CFA exam 2025:
- Go to the official website of the CFA Institute
- Ensure you have completed the CFA registration process and paid the CFA application fee
- After completing the registration process and fee payment, click on the 'Schedule Your Exam' option in the CFA Program tile
- Now, enter the preferred location, start date and end date for the CFA exam 2025
- You will now be redirected to the available options for the scheduling
- Choose a date, time and location for the CFA exam from the available options
- You will be redirected to the appointment verification page where your personal details, appointment details and payment details will be displayed
- Check the details and then click on the 'Complete Appointment' button to confirm the CFA exam appointment

The CFA exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode across various test centres. The students appearing for the CFA exam must carry their CFA hall ticket to the centre to gain entry at the CFA exam centre. Along with the admit card, students should also carry a valid international travel passport, approved calculator, water in a clear bottle, and/or items of personal care such as bandages, cast, cervical collar, cough drops, eyedrops, earplugs (without string), glucose tablet, facemask, medicine, etc.
There is no dress code, so wear what you’re comfortable in – within reason, of course. We recommend that you dress in layers so that you can adjust and keep comfortable as needed. Candidates must make sure that they reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts. It is not mandatory to wear suits to the CFA exam centre. The attire should be decent and comfortable.
