CBSE 12th Exams 2021: Union Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal is expected to announce the CBSE Class 12 exams dates on June 1. Along with the dates, it is also expected that he will announce the paper pattern.
According to sources, the CBSE Class 12 board exams might be held for a very short duration as 30-minute exams are in speculation, in which students would be asked objective-type questions on their respective subjects. However, there has been no official confirmation from the Ministry of Education (MoE).

Offline Board Exams amidst Covid-19
According to media reports, CBSE 12th board exams 2021 can be finalized between July 15 and August 26 amidst all COVID-19 safety protocols. CBSE had proposed two options for the board exams- to either conduct exams for the main 19 subjects only and at notified exam centres, or hold 90-minute exams for all subjects at students’ own schools.
In a survey conducted by Shiksha.com, it was observed that CBSE 12th students opted for no offline exams and want the evaluation to be based on internal assessment. They do not feel safe visiting the exam centre. However, those who voted for the exams to go ahead want them in MCQ format and of reduced duration (read 1.5 hours).
