CBSE Class 10 Hindi Exam Analysis 2026

CBSE Class 10 Exam Analysis 2026: The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the CBSE Class 10 Hindi Board Exam 2026 today, March 2, 2026. The examination was conducted between 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM across various exam centres in India. As per the initial students’ review, the Hindi paper was balanced and from the NCERT syllabus. Students expressed the overall CBSE Class 10 Hindi difficulty level as easy to moderate. They said that the paper had straightforward questions, but the grammar was challenging.

CBSE Class 10 Hindi Exam Difficulty Level 2026

As per students who appeared for the exam, the overall paper was easy to moderate in terms of difficulty. They were able to complete the paper within 3 hours. However, a few students said that the grammar and writing part was a little difficult at first, but doable. 

CBSE Class 10 Hindi Paper Expert Analysis 2026

Dr. Kiran Soni, HOD of Hindi at DPS Gurgaon Sector-45, describes the CBSE Class X Hindi paper as a well-balanced and student-centric. The paper covered the entire syllabus, including unseen passages, grammar and literature sections. While the creative writing segment introduced a slightly modern element with E-mail writing, it remained balanced by an engaging short story topic.

Ms Amita Shukla, HOD Hindi from Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow, has shared that the multiple-choice questions were tricky and some of them were confusing. Section B featured a well-balanced grammar section. In Section C, the short-answer questions were considered straightforward. The writing section (Section D) was regarded as scoring, with relevant and engaging topics.

CBSE Class 10 Hindi Paper Review 2026: Students’ Feedback

The CBSE hindi paper review class 10 based on students’ feedback, is provided below: 

  • Ankit Munjal from a CBSE-affiliated school in Noida shared that the paper was easy compared to the pre-board examination. He was able to complete the paper on time. 
  • Minty Bhalla, another class 10 student, shared that though the paper was moderate, the grammar section was a little ‘tricky’. 
  • Raghav Sharma, from Rohini School, Delhi, said the paper was overall balanced, questions were based on NCERT. He is expecting to score 70+ marks in the theory paper.
