The inspections were conducted by 27 dedicated teams, each consisting of a CBSE officer and a principal from a CBSE-affiliated school. This coordinated approach, involving simultaneous inspections across various schools, was intended to maintain the element of surprise and capture an accurate snapshot of each school’s operations and compliance.

The board emphasized that this method was crucial for evaluating the schools' day-to-day functioning, ensuring that the information collected was representative of their regular practices.
