The COVID19 guidelines issued by the Centre and the state government have to be compulsorily followed in all classes.
Chhattisgarh schools for classes 9 to 12 students will resume from February 15. The resumption of classes in universities and colleges will also start on the same day. The decision to begin the offline classes was taken at a state cabinet meeting held in Raipur on February 13.
“Keeping in view the academic necessity of the students in higher classes and the preparation for the upcoming board examinations, the state cabinet has taken the decision to reopen schools from February 15.”, a government spokesperson said.
Offline or physical classes in universities and colleges would also start on the same day. All COVID19 prevention guidelines issued by the Centre and the state government will be followed compulsorily in all the classrooms, said state Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey.
Students appearing for the CGBSE 10th, 12th board exams 2021 must go through all the topics mentioned in CGBSE syllabus 2021 and should download, solve and practice previous years’ CGBSE question papers to score well. The CGBSE 10th exams 2021 are scheduled between April 15 and May 1 while CGBSE 12th exams 2021 are to be held from May 3 until May 24.
The government also decided to restart skill development training programmes in the state. A proposal to constitute 'Bastar Fighters', a special force, in all districts of the Bastar division was also approved.
