Goa Board SSC, HSSC exams 2021: Decision on postponement or cancellation after April 30

Goa Board will be releasing the revised Goa Board HSSC Timetable at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the examinations.

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will be taking a decision regarding the postponement of Goa Board SSC exams as well as Goa Board HSSC exams after April 30. The class 10, 12 examinations were postponed due to the increasing COVID-19 cases as per an order issued on April 21, 2021. 

Goa Board Chairperson Bhagirath Shetye while speaking to the media stated that the state board is adopting a wait and watch policy at present after the exams for class 10 and 12 students were postponed. The future of the exams will be decided after April 30, 2021, considering the situation at the time in the state. 

The Goa Board will be releasing the revised Goa Board HSSC Timetable at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the examinations, as per information available on the official website of the state board.

The Goa board had released the Goa Board SSC Time Table 2021, the exams were scheduled from May 13 to June 4, 2021, while as per the Goa Board HSSC Time Table 2021, the examinations were to be conducted from April 26 to May 15, 2021.

Students must keep a check on the official website of the state board for updates regarding the board examinations.
