Q:   If a student fails in pre-board exam, does that mean one cannot appear in the Class 12 Board examination?
A:

Even if a student fails in pre board exam, he or she can appear for the Class 12 board exam. Model exams help students to know how well they are prepared for the Board exam. A student cannot be detained from appearing in the Class 12 Board exam, if failed in pre board exam. Hence students need not worry, if they fail in pre board. They are advised to prepare well within the remaining time and appear for the board exam.

Q:   When a student drops one year, what is the syllabus applicable for the following Class 12 board exam of next year?
A:

The student has to appear in the syllabus prescribed for the year in which he or she plans to appear for the Class 12 exam. Students are advised to go through the syllabus of their board for that academic year. They can check the syllabus on the official website of their board. They can also contact their school, for the Class 12 syllabus.

Q:   Can we attempt both questions, if a choice is given to attempt any one of the questions in the Class 12 board exam?
A:

The students are advised to follow the instructions given in the question paper. Attempting both the options will take away much of the time. They must read both questions carefully and attempt the question which they know the most.

Q:   My writing speed is very slow and because of that I am not able to finish my paper. How can I improve?
A:

Practice writing the answers daily, so as to improve the speed. When you are learning a topic, make it a habit of writing about it each time you do your revision, instead of simply memorizing it. Use the right kind of pen to improve your speed of writing. Keep a good posture of your back while writing, so that it helps in reducing the instances of shoulder and back pain while sitting for hours in the exam hall. Students who want to improve their writing speed must do wrist exercises daily as it not only makes the hand and fingers flexible but also reduces the pain that may occur from writing for a long time. Before writing any answer during exam, organize your ideas and try to write your answer in points, if short of time.

Q:   I have got 76% in my Class 12 pre boards. Does that mean that I cannot achieve 90% marks in 12th board exam?
A:

You are advised not to stress yourself. Continue putting in your best effort. Allot more time to those topics in which you are not that confident. Make short notes of important points. Hardwork will definitely help you achieve more marks than your pre boards.
