JAC Term 1 Exam Date 2022: Class 10 exams to commence on Dec 7, Class 12 exams from Dec 9

The JAC Time Table Term 1 for classes 10 and 12 will be out next week.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) will be conducting the JAC Class 10 examinations from December 7, while the JAC Intermediate exams will begin from December 9. The detailed JAC Time Table 2022 will be released soon on the official website of the state board. Students must regularly visit jac.jharkhand.gov.in for such updates. The same will also be updated here as soon as it is released.

This year, the state board has decided to split the academic session into two-term exams. For the two-term examination, the syllabus has been equally divided into two parts for each term. The JAC Board exam first term will be based only on the first half of the syllabus and the remaining will be covered in the second part of the examination scheduled to be conducted between March 10 and 25 next year.

JAC will also be setting up examination centres at block levels across the state so that candidates can be allotted the nearest centre and they don’t have to travel much distance for the exams.

Last year, the exams could not be conducted due to the rising cases of COVID-19 and the result was prepared and released on the basis of an alternative assessment scheme. They were given marks on the basis of internal assessment and their performance in the previous class, that is, class 9 in case of matric and class 11 in case of intermediate.
