KVS Class 1 Admission 2025 Deadline Extended until March 24

As per the revised schedule, the provisional list of selected and waitlisted students will now be published on March 28, 2025. Additionally, the draw of lots for Balvatika 1 & 3 (wherever applicable) will now take place on March 28, 2025, instead of the previously scheduled March 26, 2025.

KVS Admission 2025 Deadline Extended

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has announced an extension of the registration deadline for KVS Admission 2025 till March 24, 2025. The admission process is currently open for Balvatika 1 & 3 and Class 1. Parents and guardians who have not yet applied can now complete the registration process on the official KVS website at kvsangathan.nic.in.

Earlier, the last date for KVS admission registration was March 21, 2025. The official notification states:
"In continuation to this office letter even number dated 05.03.2025 regarding fresh admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Academic Session 2025-26, it is to inform that the last date for online registration and submission of application form for Balvatika-1 & 3 (wherever applicable) is hereby extended to 24.03.2025 (up to 10:00 PM)."

New Schedule for Selection List and Draw of Lots

KVS Admission 2025-26: Required Documents

Parents applying for KVS Admission 2025 must upload the following documents during the registration process:

• Valid mobile number (Indian SIM)
• Valid email address
• Digital photograph of the child (JPEG format, max size: 256KB)
• Scanned birth certificate (JPEG/PDF)
• Proof of address (JPEG/PDF)
• Caste certificate (if applicable, JPEG/PDF)
• Government certificate for EWS category (if applicable)
• Transfer details of parent or grandparent (if applying based on service credentials)

KVS Admission 2025: Age Criteria

The minimum age for KVS admission to Class 1 is six years, with age reckoning for all classes as of March 31, 2025.

For Balvatika admissions, the age criteria as of March 31, 2025, are as follows:

• Balvatika 1: 3 to 4 years
• Balvatika 2: 4 to 5 years
• Balvatika 3: 5 to 6 years

2. Click on the "Admission 2025-26" link.
3. Fill in the required details and upload the necessary documents.
