
The Awardees come from 27 States, 7 UTs, and 6 organizations, with Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Madhya Pradesh leading with maximum representation.
The Ministry of Education, has announced the selection of 45 teachers from across the country for the National Teachers’ Awards 2025, to be conferred on September 5, Teachers’ Day.
This year’s National awardees represent 27 States, 7 Union Territories, and 6 national-level organizations. States with the highest representation include:
Uttar Pradesh – 2 awardees
Bihar – 2 awardees
Gujarat – 2 awardees
Madhya Pradesh – 2 awardees
Maharashtra – 2 awardees
As per a statement issued by the Department of School Education Literacy, the teacher’s selection was carried out through a three-stage transparent online process—District, State, and National level—by the Department of School Education and Literacy. Out of the 45 teachers, 24 are male and 21 female.
The National Teachers’ Awards aim to honour outstanding educators who, through their innovation, commitment, and hard work, have enriched the quality of school education and inspired students nationwide. Every year, the Ministry of Education organises a national-level function on Teachers’ Day to felicitate the awardees. For 2025, online nominations were open from 23 June to 20 July 2025, inviting entries from eligible teachers across India.

CBSE released the tentative CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2026 for Phase 1 and 2 exams on September 24, 2025 on the official website. Students can click on the link provided to check the detailed date sheet.
The CBSE Class 10 exams 2026 Phase 1 shall be conducted between February 17 and March 9, 2026. Phase 2 of CBSE 10 class exams 2026 will be conducted between May 15 and June 1, 2026.
CBSE will conduct the 10th, 12th board exams 2026 from February 17, 2026 in pen and paper format. The exams will conclude on April 9, 2026.
The board released the CBSE syllabus and exam pattern 2026 on the official website. Students must finish with their syllabus by January 2026 and start practising the CBSE sample papers and previous years question papers for better preparation of the exams.
