The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has began the NIOS 10th and 12th registration process and payment of exam fee for April-May 2025 public exams. The last date to pay the exam fee and register is Jan 10, 2025.

Yes, NIOS allows students who have taken admission in the Secondary level to change their subjects. Students have to pay the fees as mentioned by the NIOS. For change of subject/additional subject, students should submit their application on plain paper to the concerned Regional Centre of the NIOS through their AI. The fees for Secondary Course Rs. 720/- per subject. The subject (s) passed cannot be changed.

The last date for NIOS 12th April/May Exam fee is Jan 10, 2026 with late fee INR 1600 per learner. Students can check the details regarding the NIOS 12th exam fee payment 2026 on NIOS 12th application page. Admit card will be issue for those who paid the exam fee. Students can visit nios.ac.in for completing the fee payment process. They have to pay the fees online.
