No admission in Tamil Nadu Government and Private schools until they re-open. Check details here
Tamil Nadu Government has announced that the admission of students in both private and government schools will be conducted after schools are re-opened. Schools across the country have been kept closed owing to the coronavirus outbreak since mid-March. The Minister of School Education and Youth Development K A Sengottiyan informed that there would be no admission in schools for now due to the COVID-19 scare.
βOnly after the schools are re-opened would there be an admission of students. Already some schools, mainly private ones, have been instructed to not release the marks of Plus-two students but some schools have done that," he said.
He also said that the education department will take strict action against the schools which will conduct the admissions before the orders of the government.
Tamil Nadu Board announced the TN Class 12 Results 2020 on July 16. The overall percentage of Tamil Nadu Plus Two results 2020 stood at 92.3 per cent. Directorate of Government Examination Tamil Nadu is expected to announce the TN 10th Results anytime soon. However, the TN SSLC Results 2020 Date has not been confirmed yet but it is expected this week. The Tamil Nadu 10th Results 2020 has been delayed due to coronavirus outbreak in the country because of which the Tamil Nadu 10th Exams 2020 were postponed and later cancelled. The Board decided that it will announce the Tamil Nadu Results 2020 for Class 10on the basis of student's internal assessment.
In order to avoid any academic loss, the Tamil Nadu government has recently started imparting education to students through television mode amid the coronavirus outbreak.
