TS DOST 2020: Telangana State Council of Higher Education to begin common registration for admission to state-based colleges from July. Read further to know more.

TS Dost Application Form 2020: Telangana State Council of Higher Education has started the Degree Online Services, Telangana DOST 2020 for students seeking admission to undergraduate courses. Those students who have successfully cleared the TS Inter Exams can apply to get admission to any state-based university. Students can apply on the official website of TS DOST i.e. dost.cgg.gov.in. Candidate can register themselves at the website by logging in by with their intermediate hall ticket number.

Through this portal, candidates can apply for courses and colleges as per their choice. However, the seat will be given based on the choice of the candidate and the merit. Those who will get the seat will need to confirm by self-reporting and paying the required fee. In case a candidate does not want to accept the seat offered to them, they can reserve it and wait for second allocation. 

Once a student select a seat online they will have to go to college for physical verification from August 20 to 24.

Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education Examination (TSBIE) has declared the TS Inter Result 2020 for 1st and 2nd-year students on June 18, 2020. Students will be able to check their TS Inter Result 2020 through the following websites- tsbie.cgg.gov.in and bie.telangana.gov.in. Students who had appeared for the TS Intermediate Board 2020 have been waiting for the TS Intermediate Results 2020 eagerly, however, it has been delayed due to the extension in the coronavirus lockdown in the state.

Those students who want to apply for undergraduate courses can follow the simple steps given below to register for TS DOST 2020.

TS DOST 2020: How to register

  • Link your mobile number with your Aadhar number
  • Verify it on the DOST official website i.e.dost.cgg.gov.in
  • You will receive an OTP
  • After the registration, you will get DOST ID and PIN.
  • Do not forget the DOST ID and Pin as it will be useful in logging into the website anytime in the future.
  • Students will be able to fill the application form only after registration.

Students can also register through the official mobile app of the state government T App Folio, and MeeSeva Centre as well in order to register. A registration fee of Rs 200 will be applicable. 

DOST 2020: Important dates to remember

Phase I of registration will be from July 1 to July 14 while web-option to chose seats will be given from July 6 to 15. Phase I of seat allotment will declare on July 22 and students can self-report from July 23 to July 27. Phase II of registration will begin from July 23 and conclude on July 29 and phase III of registration will be from August 8 to 18. The classes will begin on September 1.

DOST 2020: Fee

Those candidates who have got a seat in government universities or colleges are eligible for ePass fee reimbursement need not pay any amount for online self-reporting. Those who have got a seat in the private colleges and are eligible for ePass fee reimbursement need to pay an amount of Rs.500 for online self-reporting.
