TS Inter Exam 2025 Cheating Case: The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) conducted the Mathematics Paper-IA, Botany Paper-I, and Political Science Paper-I exams for over 5 lakh students as part of the 2025 Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) for Class 11. A total of 5,53,423 students had registered for the TS Inter exams, with 5,29,964 appearing for their respective papers. The board confirmed that 23,774 students were absent.

Tightened Security Measures to Prevent Malpractice
In an effort to ensure smooth conduct of the exams, TSBIE implemented strict security measures. The board appointed flying and sitting squads alongside 1,500 examination personnel across various centers to prevent malpractices and cheating. These measures were put in place to uphold the integrity of the examination process and ensure fair testing conditions for all students.

Five Students Caught Engaging in Malpractices
Despite the tight security, five students were caught engaging in malpractice during the exams. Three of these students were from Nalgonda, with one each from Karimnagar and Nizamabad. The board's vigilance teams swiftly acted to handle the situation, reinforcing the commitment to eliminating unfair means in the examination process.

Examinations Conducted Smoothly Across Districts

According to the TSBIE, observers were stationed at multiple examination centers in districts such as Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Kamareddy, Hyderabad, and Medchal. The observers reported that the exams were conducted peacefully and smoothly across these regions, with no untoward incidents. The Secretary of TSBIE praised the effective management of the exam process, ensuring a secure and disciplined environment for the students.

Full Marks for Class 12 Students on Question 7 of English Paper

In a related development, the TSBIE made an announcement on Monday regarding the TS Inter 2nd Year English Paper. After several students raised concerns over inaccuracies in a pie chart question (question number 7), the board decided to award full marks to all students who attempted the question. This decision came after the board reviewed the issue and acknowledged the discrepancies, aiming to ensure fairness for the affected students.
