UP Board Class 12th practical exam to be conducted in second-week of June; check details here

Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has said that it will hold the practical exams for class 12 students, which were deferred in between due to coronavirus outbreak in the country, on June 9 and June 10, 2020. 

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has announced that it will be conducting the remaining practical exams for class 12 students on June 9 and June 10, 2020.

Earlier, the practical exams for UP Class 12th Board were halted in between due to coronavirus outbreak in the country followed by nation-wide lockdown. Over 20 lakh students appeared for the Class 12th Board written examination this year.

In order to know the examination centres for the practical exams, UP Board has asked students to get in touch with the district education office.

“Class 12 practical exams, which were not conducted earlier, will be held on June 9 and June 10 at government-aided and unaided schools. Students can contact their respective district education officers for information regarding examination centres,” Neena Srivastava, Secretary, UPMSP, said in a statement.

As per the repprts, the Board has completed evaluation of over 99 percent UP Class 10th Board and Class 12th Board exams 2020. The Board is expected to announce UP 10th Board Result 2020 and UP Board 12th Results 2020 by end of June.

Earlier, the Board had also released a notification, in which it directed students to not believe in fake news that the results will be announced by June 9. The Uttar Pradesh Education Minister had also clarified that the board has not decided the date to release the results and is likely to announce it between June 20 and June 30.

The Board had conducted the UP 10th Board Exams 2020 and UP 12th Board Exams 2020 in February and March. However, due to the multiple extensions in nationwide coronavirus lockdown and subsequent restrictions, the evaluation process was deferred.
