WB Board Exams 2021: The West Bengal government is mulling to conduct WBBSE Board Exams 2021 for Class 10 and WBCHSE Board Exams 2021 for Class 12 students in the month of June next year. According to the reports of a regional news channel, the West Bengal madhyamik and uchhamadhyamik board exams 2021 will most likely be conducted in June. However, the West Bengal Board of Education is yet to release the exact dates for WB 10th Board Exams and WB 12th Board Exams 2021.
According to reports, the stated government has already received the schedule for the Class 10 and 12 board exams 2021 by the education department of the state. The final dates will be announced as soon as the state government sanctions it. The schools and colleges of West Bengal have been shut since March due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, but online classes are being conducted. Due to the closure of schools for eight months, there is a lot of uncertainty among students regarding the dates of the board exams.
WB Board Exams 2021: 30% reduction in syllabus
The West Bengal Education Minister Partha Chatterjee on November 25 announced that the West Bengal government decided to accept the expert recommendations to reduce the WBBSE Syllabus 2021 and WBCHSE Syllabus 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Students must note that the syllabus has been reduced by 30 to 35 per cent at the secondary and higher secondary level by the education board in West Bengal to ease the academic strain for the students in the middle of the pandemic.
