IIM-Rohtak Admissions 2021: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak invites applications for Post-Doctoral Fellowship. Interested candidates can apply for the fellowship programme in the areas of Economics and Public Policy, Finance & Accounting, Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing & Strategic Management, and Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques. IIM Rohtak Post-Doctoral Fellowship Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants willing to apply for IIM Rohtak Admissions 2021 for the Post-Doctoral Fellowship Programme must hold a PhD Degree or equivalent completed within five years
• The candidate’s thesis must be in appropriate disciplines
• A consistently good academic record and demonstrated research potential are mandatory
• Applicant should preferably be below 35 years of age

The duration of the IIM Rohtak Post-Doctoral fellowship is a maximum period of 2 years. The institute will conduct a review every six months. The continuation of the scholar in the second year will be based on outstanding performance and recommendations by the Post-Doctoral Supervisor after review.

Candidates enrolled under IIM Rohtak post-doctoral fellowship programme will get a consolidated fellowship amount between 50,000 INR and 70,000 INR per month. Candidates will also get a suitable hostel accommodation as per IIM Rohtak norms if requested subject to availability.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by the committee for selection. After successful completion of the programme, candidates will be awarded certificate. Post-Doctoral Fellow work is related to research projects. It will not lead to any degree diploma or /and any academic qualification or credentials.
