ISB Announces Summer Internship Results for First PGP Young Leaders Cohort 2024-26
ISB summer internship results for its first PGP Young Leaders cohort 2024–26 showcased strong industry interest with over 175 offers across major sectors.
Indian School of Business has shared summer internship outcomes for first batch of its Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL). This inaugural cohort has an average of 11 months of work experience, less than traditional MBA programmes. Despite this, students received more than 175 internship offers from 38 companies across sectors.

Major Recruiting Sectors at ISB
Consulting emerged as largest recruiting area with Accenture leading segment by making 37 offers. McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group collectively extended 19 offers. Some other firms are EY-Parthenon, PwC and Deloitte USI also recruited for roles in strategy, analytics, and business transformation.

Professor Deepa Mani, Deputy Dean, Academic Programmes at ISB, said, “This inaugural PGP YL cohort, with an average of just 11 months of work experience, has shown that the programme not only builds knowledge but also prepares students to thrive in modern work environments. This foundation helps them compete for strategic, high-impact roles in leading organisations.”
The number of students placed or the placement rate achieved during the ISB placements is yet to be released. However, 405 companies registered for the ISB placements 2024 and presented 1,208 job offers to the Class of 2024.
