NITIE Mumbai is organising an online Management Development Programme on “Sustainability Performance Management in Post Covid-19 Era.” The overall objective of NITIE Mumbai MDP is to help participants to understand how to manage their sustainability (ESG) performance and report it to various stakeholders including investors. The programme targets senior and middle executives working in the area of sustainability and CSR. The programme will be conducted from November 8 to November 12, 2021 (5 pm to 8 pm) (Duration 15 Hours - 3 hrs/day). Interested candidates can register on https://tinyurl.com/ub6wxm3p with program code: 122378. The fee for the programme per participant is Rs 8,260.

The programme will cover the overview of various ESG performance metrics, compliance management & ESG standards, adopting ESG performance measurement framework, materiality assessment of ESG issues for the company and stakeholders. It will also focus on practical steps towards measuring and reporting the ESG performance and develop a strategy for long-term value creation.

“Boards and executives increasingly see ESG topics as important to long-term value creation and need to meet investor demand for ESG information in a way that drives value for the company and society. It is difficult to assess how a company is contributing to outcomes that are important for stakeholders and societies. Investors and other stakeholders need to know non-financial performance to allocate capital efficiently to drive progress towards a sustainable society,” a statement published on the NITIE MDP site reads.
