Central University of Himachal Pradesh begins courses in Vedic Mathematics
The certificate and diploma course of Vedic mathematics will be conducted online and offline. The text material shall be prepared by the Central University and the Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas.
The Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) has begun new certificate and diploma courses in Vedic mathematics from this academic session. The course has been started under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, New Delhi.
In the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the varsity on Wednesday, the University authorized the Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas to provide subject experts, course material and academic support.
The certificate and diploma course of Vedic mathematics will be conducted online and offline. The text material shall be prepared by the Central University and the Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas. Along with this, the format of the examinations will be jointly prepared by Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas and the CUHP.
CUHP Vice-Chancellor Sat Prakash Bansal said that students would benefit from the MoU. The Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas and the Central University will jointly organize seminars, workshops, symposia and other research activities. The Shiksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas, Himachal Pradesh, will provide resource persons to the Central University.
Central University of Himachal Pradesh admissions are open for all its UG, PG, PG Diploma and Certificate programmes. CUHP has been accredited with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). It is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The University is funded and regulated by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Established in 2010, the Central University of Himachal Pradesh offers over 45 courses across several streams, including Sciences, Arts, Management, Technology, Business Administration, Social Work, Education, Hospitality & Travel and many more.CUHP has over 130 highly qualified faculty members.
