Central University of Odisha extends online application submission deadline to September 30

Candidates can fill and submit the online application form by visiting the official website of the University; i.e. cuo.ac.in.

The Central University of Odisha (CUO) has extended the last date for submission of the online application form for admissions into various Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG) and Integrated Post-Graduate and Research courses. As per the official notification released by the University, the last date to submit the online application form is now September 30, 2021. Candidates can fill and submit the online application form by visiting the official website of the University; i.e. cuo.ac.in.

“Candidates whose result is yet to be published can also register in the online application, but they have to upload/update the percentage of marks of qualifying examination at CUO online admission portal before the last date. Affidavit during the online application is not mandatory now. Students can give it now or they can submit it at the time of admission,” the notification stated.

“It is also to clarify that candidates last qualifying from the scheduled area will get additional 05 marks including for the candidates from Koraput district mean undivided Koraput District- (Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Koraput & Rayagada) as per the revised Presidential Order titled “The Scheduled Area (Status of Bihar, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Odisha) Order 1977”.

For the current academic year, the Central University of Odisha is inviting applications for 31 courses, including 2 year PG courses, MA in Odia, MA in English, M. in Hindi, MA in Sanskrit, MSc in Anthropology, MA in Sociology, MA in Economics, MA in Journalism & Mass Communication, MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation of Natural Resources, Master of Business Administration (MBA), MSc in Statistics and MSc in Computer Science.

Candidates can apply for 2 years UG Programme- Bachelor of Education (BEd), 5-year Integrated MSc in Mathematics, MPhil in Anthropology, Biodiversity and Conservation of Natural Resources, Economics, Education, Journalism & Mass Communication, Odia, Sociology and Statistics; PhD in Anthropology, Biodiversity and Conservation of Natural Resources, Economics, Education, Journalism & Mass Communication, Odia, Sociology, Statistics and Mathematics.
