GGSIPU CEPS Admissions 2023: Applications invited for PhD,MSc courses, check details
All the candidates who are interested can now apply on or before April 30, 2023. The CEPS was established in 2014 at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) with the objective to provide an exemplary platform and promote interdisciplinary academic-cum-research activities.
The Centre of Excellence in Pharmaceutical Sciences (CEPS) is now inviting applications for PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and MSc in Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design. All the candidates who are interested can now apply on or before April 30, 2023. The CEPS was established in 2014 at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) with the objective to provide an exemplary platform and promote interdisciplinary academic-cum-research activities. The center also aims to impart a distinguishable set of knowledge and skills, and thus create also aims to impart a distinguishable set of knowledge and skills and thus create technically sophisticated manpower for pharmaceutical research. In addition to the research activities, CEPS is also involved in developing new drugs that may be commercially availed by the industries.
CEPS Admissions 2023: Eligibility
PhD (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
For all those students who qualify UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ GATE/ DBT-JRF/ ICMR-JRF/ Teacher fellowship holder or have passed MPhil programme such candidates for admission to PhD programme shall be exempted from the entrance test conducted by the University. However, they shall have to apply for admission to the university. The admission to the PhD programme will be done on the basis of the entrance test conducted by the university.
MSc (Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design)
The admission to MSc (Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Design) programme is through entrance test conducted by the University. The written entrance test shall be qualifying for admission as per the University norms. The syllabus of the written entrance test shall consist of 70 percent of chemistry and 30 per cent shall be for pharmaceutical sciences.
