IGNOU Admissions 2022: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close the admission process for the July session today. All the candidates who are interested can now apply for IGNOU admissions 2022 for UG and PG programmes online and ODL mode except for certificate and semester-based programmes.
In order to apply, candidates can visit the official website - www.ignou.ac.in to apply for fresh admissions. All those candidates who are applying for the first time must create an account by registering themselves on the IGNOU admission portal.
It is advised to go through the complete eligibility criteria before applying for admission. ‘In a particular admission cycle, the facility for fee exemption available to SC/ST students can be claimed for one programme only. If an applicant submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, all the applications shall be rejected,’ reads the official notification.
How to apply for IGNOU admission 2022?
Candidates can follow the simple steps given below to apply:
- Go to the official website - ignou.ac.in.
- On the home page, click on ‘Register Online’ followed by ‘Fresh Admissions’
- Select ‘Click Here for New Registrations.
- Enter all the required details in the given fields. Select the username and password
- Now, log in again using the same username and password
- Select the programme and submit other required details
- Take a printout of the application form for future reference.
Meanwhile, IGNOU has released the revised IGNOU December TEE 2022 date sheet. IGNOU has released the tentative date sheet on the official website i.e. ignou.ac.in. All the candidates who have registered are advised to check the revised IGNOU December TEE.
