IIM Trichy begins first batch of executive programme in leadership & change management
IIM Trichy executive programme is planned to be taught in a blended mode on Sunday afternoons from 3:30-6:45 PM, in a direct-to-device model.
IIM Trichy Admissions 2021: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Trichy commenced the introductory batch of its new Executive Program in Leadership and Change Management on January 17, 2021. IIM Tiruchirappalli has launched this six months program focusing on working executives. While the course is planned to be taught in a blended mode on Sunday afternoons from 3:30-6:45 PM, in a direct-to-device model. The official notice states that candidates have to attend 4-day experiential learning at IIM Tiruchirappalli campus. As of now, IIM Trichy Admission 2021 are closed for the course on January 4. The first batch comprises 67 working professionals, who have an average work experience of 14 years.
Upon the completion of the course, IIM Trichy will assess the students on the basis of written tests, assignments and online examinations. Following which, students will be awarded an “Executive Programme in Leadership and Change Management” degree.
IIM Trichy Executive Programme in Leadership & Change Management: Eligibility Criteria and Selection
In order to be eligible for IIM Trichy executive programme, candidates must have at least 50% marks in their Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is a must. The application forms will be selected after proper evaluation of their profile. Reservations will be provided to the candidates according to the Government of India norms.
Program director Abhishek Totawar, PGCLCM stated, “The program attempts to sensitize growing leaders to see change as a daily occurrence, It will abreast the participants with leadership competencies to lead such changes in the organizational environment.”
