Jaipuria Foundation celebrated its 30 years of academic excellence in a grand ceremony held at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Institute was recently in news for its rise in NIRF rankings to 67th.

Our students are being placed in some of the top companies that shows our quality of education, said, Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director of Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow while speaking to media on sidelines of institute’s 30^th Foundation Day.

Jaipuria Foundation celebrated its 30 years of academic excellence in a grand ceremony held at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The institute was recently in the news for its rise in the NIRF rankings to 67th place, a jump of 25 notches in the last two years.

“Foundation Day in the life of an institution is not just a celebration, it is also a moment to reminisce about what we were and to reflect on what we hope to become in the future. At the heart of this 30-year journey is the hunger to improve from what we were a day ago, an hour ago, a year ago. With that kind of culture, guided by 11 principles of management and a student code of conduct, we are proudly reshaping our grand identity for the next 30 years,’’ said Dr. Kavita Pathak, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management.

Echoing her views, Dr. Sushma Vishnani, Dean (Academics) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, said,’’Out of the total 30 years, I have been attached to this institution for 20 years. I have seen that the leadership’s vision has always been to provide a world-class system to the institute, to establish world-class practices, and bring in globally accepted programme curricula. The students, who are our most important stakeholders, have always been at the center of this vision. Today, Jaipuria stands as a beacon of excellence, and other institutes surely look to it as an inspiration.’’

The foundation also underlined its distinctive One Jaipuria Initiative, a pioneering concept that transforms collaborative learning across the foundation’s four campuses in Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur, and Indore. The initiative transcends campus boundaries to nurture a uniform culture of learning and excellence, providing students with access to joint academic resources and diverse faculty expertise to enrich their educational journey across all four Jaipuria campuses.

The One Jaipuria Initiative also incorporates a common admission process, centralised placements, and a unified curriculum to foster future industry leaders and change agents. This approach not only enhances academic outcomes but also creates a strong sense of community and shared purpose among students and faculty alike.

I trusted the process, and I never regretted it. So you need to trust the process. Whatever you want to achieve, you need to be true to that,’’ said Deepti Mehra, an alumna of Jaipuria Institute of Management and Vice President, Marketing at Qaddoo.
