SPPU Admissions 2022: Applications invited for free online courses, apply on or before August 31
Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has begun various online credit courses through the Educational Multimedia Research Center (EMMRC) and the Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC). Students must note that all these courses will be offered free of cost. Once the course is completed, students can take a self-examination, after which they will be awarded certificates and credit marks.
SPPU has also started the online admission process for the same. Students can apply on or before August 31. These courses cover the following subjects – Fundamentals of Office Management and Methods, Indian Classical Dance – Kathak, Microeconomics, Personality Development, Personality Development and Communication Skills
SPPU will offer these courses through the SWAYAM platform. In order to take admission, students have to visit the official website of SWAYAM, i.e swayam.gov.in and choose the course of their choice. After starting the course, students can watch the video lectures and other related content. Apart from this, students have to submit assignments and quizzes every week.
After the completion of the course, the exams will be conducted automatically. Students will be awarded a certificate and credit points on the successful completion of the course. As per the guidelines released by the University Grants Commission (UGC), it has been suggested that students who are pursuing graduation should complete 40 per cent of the course through the online mode.
Meanwhile, Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) January 2022 Semester Exams schedule has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Candidates must note that NTA has released the SWAYAM January 2022 Semester Exams Date on the official website, i.e. swayam.nta.nic.in. Meanwhile, the last date to fill and submit the exam application form is today, i.e. August 12, 2022.
