XLRI has partnered with University of Paris-1 Pantheon Sorbonne, University of Bordeaux, UNESCO Chair at University of Paris Nanterre, Danish Consortium for Academic Craftsmanship (DCAC) and International Institute of Education Consortium of Universities. This multi country collaboration will focus on academic programs, executive education and research.
XLRI's partnership with these institutions will work to provide globally relevant and industry linked education at an affordable cost to Indian students. According to the latest report 2026, PGDM students accepted 576 domestic offers and 2 international offers in 2026. The placement percentage data is not released as of now. Earlier, during the placement drive 2024, 100% PGDM BM and HRM students were placed.
For PGDM GM, 98% students were placed during the placement drive 2025.
XLRI is accredited by AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), AMBA, and NBA (National Board of Accreditation), and is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), AIU, and GOI.
Being a private college, the fee can be a little high, but the students can apply for scholarships provided by the XLRI-Xavier School of Management. Hence, even if the students find XLRI Jamshedpur a little expensive, they don't have to worry as scholarships are available to assist them.
XLRI offers good placements to its PGDM HRM students. According to the combined placement report released for PGDM BM and PGDM HRM courses, highest and average package recorded in 2026 was INR 110 LPA and 31.4 LPA. 576 domestic offers and 2 international offers were made in 2026.
