
NID DAT 2025 is scheduled to be held tomorrow offline in 22 cities across India. Candidates appearing for NID DAT must report at 8 AM along with their admit card and one valid ID proof. Check important guidelines here
NID DAT 2025 Exam: The National Institute of Design will be conducting the NID Design Aptitude Test (DAT) 2024 tomorrow: January 5. The NID DAT 2024 exam will be held in paper and pen mode from 10 am to 1 pm (Part I + Part II). Candidates appearing for the exam must carry the NID DAT 2024 admit card along with a valid ID proof to the exam hall.
The student ID - Current school/college will not be accepted as an ID proof. They must also note that the gates of the NID DAT exam centre will close 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam or at 9.30 am. Further, no candidate will be allowed entry inside the NID DAT 2024 exam centre.

NI DAT 2024 Exam-Day Guidelines
Check important exam day guidelines that candidates need to follow while going for NID DAT paper:
- Candidates must carry a printed copy of the NID DAT admit card while appearing for the exam. Entry to the exam centre will be denied without it.
- They must report to the NID 2024 exam centre by 8 AM. The exam centre gates will close at 9:30 AM, 30 minutes before the exam begins. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- Along with the NID DAT admit card, they must also bring a valid photo ID proof. Any digital/photocopy of the ID will not be accepted.
- They can also carry a blue/black ball-point pen (for filling the OMR sheet), scissors, glue stick, colours (such as oil pastels/colour pencils/sketch pens, etc.) eraser, sharpeners, ruler, etc., for examination.
- They must not carry mobile phones, any type of watch, bag, handbag, papers, notes, books, calculators, electronic gadgets, /white fluid, etc
- They must take their assigned seat after entering the NID DAT exam hall.
- Avoid any form of unfair practices inside the exam hall; being caught will lead to disqualification.
