NIFT 2023 counseling registration open; register here, check step-wise seat allotment process

The final results of NIFT 2023 for UG and PG course were declared on April 28. Candidates who have qualified in the exam can register for NIFT 2023 counseling latest by May 8 (12 pm,  midnight). 

The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) is conducting online registrations for NIFT 2023 from April 28 to May 8 (12 pm-midnight). Candidates who have qualified NIFT 2023 need to register for seat allotment through the NIFT admission portal - niftadmissions.in.

How to register for NIFT 2023 counseling and seat allotment

To register for NIFT 2023 seat allotment, follow the steps given below:

1. Click on the registration link
2. You will be redirected to a log-in page
3. Enter your email id and password to log in
4. Upon login, you need to select the academic program, which is a combination of academic program/ course and campus. 
5. Submit the form.

Note that candidates aren’t required to pay any fees to register for NIFT Counseling 2023. 

NIFT 2023 seat allotment

The allotment of NIFT 2023 will be based on the following factors:

• The merit rank of the candidate in NIFT 2023
• The academic program selected at the time of admission.

Seat allotment and payment of fees

The candidate has to pay a seat-acceptance fee of INR 1,83,200. Candidates allotted NRI / NRI Sponsored seats has to pay of INR 9,72,000 for admission at Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi,

Gandhinagar, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai and INR 6,88,400 for admission at Daman, Patna, Kangra, Bhopal, Kannur, Shillong, Jodhpur, Bhubaneswar, Panchkula and Raebareli.
