NIFT 2026 application correction window opens January 20. Check which details can be edited and steps to make changes online. Candidates who have already submitted their application forms will be allowed to make limited changes online during this period. NIFT 2026 application correction window opens January 20. Check which details can be edited and steps to make changes online.

National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will open application correction window for NIFT 2026 from January 20. Candidates who have already submitted their application forms will be allowed to make limited changes online during this period.

Correction facility is being provided for candidates appearing in NIFT Entrance Examination (NIFTEE) 2026. Only those who have completed application process within deadline will be eligible to use correction window.

What Can Be Edited in NIFT 2026 Application

During correction window, candidates will be able to edit select details in their application form. These include:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Category and PwD status
  • Educational qualification details
  • Exam city preference
  • Photograph and signature

Changes will be permitted only in fields made editable on portal.

What Cannot Be Edited

Once correction window opens, certain details will remain locked and cannot be changed. These include:

  • Registered email ID
  • Mobile number

No requests for correction will be accepted after window closes.

How to Edit NIFT 2026 Application Form

Candidates can make corrections by logging in to the NIFT application portal using their registered credentials. After logging in correction link will appear once window is live. Candidates should review all changes carefully before final submission as no further opportunity will be provided.

After correction window closes, application forms will be frozen for further stages of the admission process including admit card release and examination.
