The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) will close the application process for NIFT Admissions 2026 today, January 16. Candidates who have not applied yet can submit their forms on the official portal till the end of the day.
The registration process is being conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offered at NIFT campuses across the country.
Applicants are required to complete online registration, fill in academic and personal details, upload documents and pay the application fee. Only completed applications will be accepted.
NIFT 2026 Application Last Date and Other Important Details
As per the official notification, January 16, 2026, is the last date to apply without a late fee. Candidates who miss today’s deadline may get a limited opportunity to apply with a late fee, subject to NIFT’s admission rules.

Admissions through the entrance test are offered for programmes including BDes, BFTech, MDes, MFTech and MFM.
No extension has been announced beyond the late-fee window.
