AEEE 2022 exam for phase 1 to be held in February and May; check details here
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will conduct the Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination (AEEE) phase 1 in a remote proctored online mode in February & May. Admissions to BTech programs offered at Amritapuri(Kollam), Coimbatore, Bangalore & Chennai engineering campuses of Amrita will be based on the marks secured in AEEE conducted as a remote proctored model so that the candidates can attend the exam sitting at home. The authority will also offer admission to BTech courses through JEE Main 2022 scores. The university will also try to offer another chance, in case if an applicant is unable to attend/complete the examination successfully because of unforeseen circumstances.
The authority will be conducted in Centre Based Test (CBT) mode across the country in selected cities or as Remote Proctored Examination. 75% of seats in each branch are reserved for candidates with AEEE 2022 rank.
AEEE 2022 Admission Highlights
- The university will consider both AEEE 2022 and Class 12 marks to prepare the rank list
- 3% of seats are reserved for candidates with valid SATII Scores (Scholastic Assessment Test). Candidates with valid scores from 2020 onwards are accepted.
- The entrance exam will be in a remote proctored mode
- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is now accepting the Pearson Undergraduate Entrance Exam Pearson UG Entrance Examination Score (PUEE) scores. 2% of seats are reserved for candidates with a valid PUEE Score. Candidates with valid scores from 2020 onwards are accepted.
- The university will conduct classes online for first-year students
- Practical sessions will be conducted once the situation returns to normalcy
- 25% seats are reserved for the candidates with valid JEE Mains 2022 score.
- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has reserved 50% seats for meritorious students who score high rank in AEEE 2022, top percentile/scores in JEE Mains 2022, top scorers in SAT, and PUEE.
