AP EAMCET Day 3 Today 'No Late Entry' Policy Enforced for Morning & Afternoon Shifts

The AP EAMCET 2026 Engineering entrance exam enters its third day today, following the successful completion on May 12 and 13, 2026 the coveted state-level entrance exam will be conducted in 2 shifts similarly. The online exam is divided into two distinct sessions with shift 1 (Morning Session) starting from 9:00 AM and concludes at 12:00 PM. While the shift 2 (Afternoon Session) commences from 2:00 PM and finishes at 5:00 PM.

The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), conducts the test in Computer-Based Test (CBT) across multiple regional test centres in AP.

The authorities have issued strict guidelines on APSCHE Official Site - cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET to ensure high-integrity test environments. Entry into the exam hall will not be permitted after the commencement time under any circumstances. Electronic items, calculators, smartwatches, and digital logs are barred. Candidates must present a physical printout of their AP EAMCET 2026 hall ticket along with a government-issued photo identity proof at entry.

Student Verdict of Day 1 and Day 2 (May 12 & 13)

AP EAMCET was conducted smoothly without major administrative disruptions on May 12 and 13, 2026. According to student feedback and initial paper analysis the overall difficulty level of the question papers hovered between moderate and tough. Maths emerged as the most time-consuming and toughest section. Physics presented highly conceptual, formula-driven numerical problems. Chemistry stood out as the most scoring section, featuring straightforward questions derived from textbooks.

The AP EAMCET test for the engineering stream exams will wrap up on May 18, 2026. Agriculture and pharmacy papers will proceed subsequently from May 19 to May 20, 2026.
