Initially scheduled to be announced on September 16, the MPC final phase seat allocation window was officially rescheduled to September 17, 2026. However, even past 11:00 PM today, the activation link remains unavailable on the official AP Common Admissions Portal - cap.apcfss.in.

This final phase of counselling is crucial for MPC candidates as it fills the remaining vacant seats across government and private engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

The reason behind the delay is unknown, we can attribute it to the server load or high traffic from students who might continuously refresh the portal. 

The delay has left students and parents worried about the college reporting timeline. According to the revised schedule released by APSCHE, candidates must complete both online self-reporting and physical college reporting between September 17 and September 19, 2026.
