AP PGECET 2026 Counselling Dates Out, Phase I Online Registration Starts on Sept 16

The Commissionerate of Higher Education have released AP PGECET counselling 2026 dates. Qualified AP PGECET and GATE/GPAT qualified candidates can register for AP PGECET 2026 phase I counselling starting from September 16. Check complete details below.

AP PGECET Web Counselling 2026 schedule is now available on the official website- cap.apcfss.in The counselling conducting body released AP PGECET counselling 2026 dates for registration, web-options, and seat allotment. Candidates who want to take admission to MTech/M.Pharm/D.Pharm can participate in the counselling process. Leftover seats after allotment to GATE/GPAT candidates will be available to AP-PGECET-qualified candidates.

AP PGECET 2026 Counselling: Documents Required 

Candidates must keep the following documents ready for AP PGECET counselling 2026:

• GATE/GPAT Score Card 

• APPGECET-2026 Rank card 

• APPGECET-2026 Hall Ticket 

• SSC or Equivalent Marks Memo 

• Intermediate/Diploma or Equivalent Marks Memo 

• Degree Consolidated Marks Memo

• Degree OD/Provisional Certificate 

• 10th to degree study certificates

• Minority certificate (if applicable)

• Transfer certificate 

• EWS Certificate

• Residence certificate of Andhra Pradesh for preceding 7 years of the Qualifying examination 

• Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate/Residence proof of father/mother for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Andhra Pradesh from Tahsildar in respect of Non-Local Candidates. 

• Community certificate

• Income certificate

• NCC/Sports/PwD/CAP certificate

For GATE/GPAT Qualified Candidates

GATE/GPAT Candidates seeking admission into M.E /M. Tech/ M. Pharm / Pharma. D (PB) colleges are requested to note the following Fee Types applicable to various courses while exercising options.  

• RGS: Regular Course-GATE/GPAT Candidates are ELIGIBLE for AICTE scholarship  

• RGN: Regular Course- GATE/GPAT Candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE for AICTE scholarship 

• SFS: Self Finance - GATE/GPAT Candidates are ELIGIBLE for AICTE scholarship  

• SFN: Self Finance -GATE/GPAT Candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE for AICTE scholarship  

• GATE/GPAT candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE for Reimbursement of Tuition Fee by the State Government 

• Pharma.D (PB): Candidates are NOT ELIGIBLE for AICTE Scholarship. 

AP PGECET rankers who want to secure admission only to Government Institutions are eligible for fee reimbursement. Candidates are advised to keep all their documents ready for counselling registration.
