The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Andhra Pradesh has notified that the last date for online self-reporting and for physical reporting at the allotted colleges has been extended. Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase can complete the self joining and physical reporting by July 13.

The AP POLYCET 2026 counselling is ongoing. Candidates have been given more time to complete the self-joining and reporting to the allotted colleges based on the allotment for first phase. Check all the important details to confirm seats allotted in the first phase AP POLYCET counselling.

AP POLYCET Counselling 2026: Reporting Deadline Extended

The Department of Technical Education (DTE), Andhra Pradesh has notified that the last date for online self-reporting and for physical reporting at the allotted colleges has been extended. Candidates who were allotted a seat in the first phase can complete the self joining online by July 13. Further, the physical reporting to the allotted colleges also has to be done by this deadline.

Candidates must report through the self-reporting system online and also report in person at the allotted college with the downloaded allotment order. Both stages of reporting are mandatory. Reporting through only one mode will lead to cancellation of admission. While reporting candidates have to carry the necessary documents and pay the required fee.

AP POLYCET Counselling: Reporting for Admission

  • Log in to the candidate portal to download the allotment order.
  • Next, click on self-joining report and download the receipt of certificates.
  • Read all the instructions mentioned on the allotment order
  • Take a print out of two copies of self joining report, allotment order, receipt of certificates and physically report to the allotted college.
  • Submit a copy of self joining report, allotment order and receipt of certificates to the allotted college and obtain acknowledgement on 2nd copy of self joining report from the allotted college where candidate has reported and retain that copy with the candidate.

Allotted candidates have to pay a tuition fee. The AP POLYCET tuition fee is Rs. 4,700 (for Government and aided Polytechnics) and Rs. 25,000 per annum (in Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges).
