Assam CEE 2020 Counselling - Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2020 seat allotment result for the first round has been declared by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam. The exam conducting authority announced the result in online mode at the official website engineering.dteassamcounselling.in on October 13.

Assam CEE counselling 2020 started from October 05 and last date to register for first round was October 10. Till now there is no information regarding second round of counselling dates.

The eligible candidates can now check their seat allotment status for the first round by entering their Assam CEE application number and date of birth. The seat allotment memo will have the details such as name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment, details of fee to be paid etc.

How to check seat allotment through Assam CEE counselling

  • Visit the official website (engineering.dteassamcounselling.in)

  • Click on the link given in the tab ‘Login Now’

  • Now enter Assam CEE application number and date of birth

  • The acceptance letter and filled Part A form has to be uploaded in the prescribed format

  • The provisional Assam CEE seat allotment letter has to be downloaded by the candidates for admission process

The respective colleges/universities will verify the documents uploaded by the candidates for further admission process. Candidates will be able to check their final verification status in online mode by October 15, 2020, on the official website. 

All the candidates must check the Assam CEE official website regularly for any further updates regarding the admissions through Assam CEE counselling 2020 and also those with seats in the private institutions can contact their allotted institutions directly.

Online classes for the final allotted candidates will start from October 15, 2020. All the candidates must note that it is mandatory to attend these online classes. If any candidate fails to attend these online classes, the final allotted seat will be treated as vacant by the authority and will be filled up in the subsequent up-gradation of the next round of counselling process.

Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted by Assam Science & Technological University for admission to various BTech courses at various government and private colleges of Assam.
