The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has started the online verification and correction facility for KEAM 2026 registered candidates regarding their name, photo and class 10 certificate. Candidates can verify these details by logging into their KEAM 2026 candidate portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.

CEE Kerala Opens KEAM 2026 Correction Window for Name, Photo and Class 10 Certificate

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has started the online verification and correction facility for KEAM 2026 registered candidates regarding their name, photo and class 10 certificate. Candidates can verify these details by logging into their KEAM 2026 candidate portal at cee.kerala.gov.in. The last date to complete the verification and correction process is March 21 by 5 pm.

To access the correction facility, candidates can login through the link ‘KEAM-2026 - Candidate Portal’ by entering their KEAM 2026 application number and password. Candidates need to rectify errors in their name, photo and class 10 certificate, as CEE has informed that KEAM 2026 admit cards for Engineering, Pharmacy Entrance Examinations will not be issued to those candidates who have not rectified the defects in their name/photo/signature /class 10th certificate within the deadline.

CEE will issue the KEAM 2026 admit cards on April 1 on the official website only.

How to Verify and Correct Details

The KEAM 2026 registered candidates can view the defects, if any, in the name, photo, signature, and Class 10th certificate uploaded to the online application by clicking the menu ‘Memo details’ provided in the profile page.

Q:   Is there any negative marking in KEAM?
A: 
Yes, one mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer. For every correct response in KEAM candidates will be awarded four marks and for each wrong response, one mark will be deducted from the candidates' total score. The pattern of the exam states that the KEAM question papers will comprise objective type questions (MCQ). For each question asked, five answers will be suggested but, only one of them will be correct. All the questions asked will be from KEAM syllabus listed for Physics Chemistry Mathematics / Biology. Candidates will be awarded 4 marks for every correct answer. 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. 4 marks will be awarded to candidates for marking every accurate answer. No marks will be deducted for not attempting a question. In case a candidate has marked two answers for a single question in the OMR sheet, negative marking will be applicable regardless of either of the answers being right or wrong.
Q:   Is the KEAM syllabus same as JEE Main syllabus?
A: 

No. Not completely. Candidates should follow the syllabus provided by CEE to prepare for KEAM and cover all syllabus in the KEAM syllabus to ace the exam.

Candidates can rectify the defects in their Name, Photo, Signature and class 10 th Certificate by uploading the correct Name/ Photo/Signature/class 10th certificate. Documents received by post/by hand/email will not be considered under any circumstances.

Also, candidates who have a difference in their name, photo, signature and Class 10th certificate shown in the profile page with their actual name, photo, signature and Class 10th certificate can inform the matter through the e-mail (ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in) with subject as 'profile defect' on or before 5.00 PM on March 21.

Separate KEAM Correction Window to Open for Verification/Correction of Nativity & Various Reservations Claims

CEE has further informed that details regarding the documents uploaded by the candidates to prove nativity, various reservations will be made available in the ‘candidate portal’ for verification after scrutiny.

Defects, if any, in these documents will be intimated through the ‘Candidate Portal’ in due course, and the defects can be rectified thereafter.
