COMEDK Document Verification 2025 Last Date OUT: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges in Karnataka started the COMEDK counselling registration for Round 1 on June 9 at comedk.org. The last date to register is June 18 at 2:00 pm, and the due date for the document verification completion is July 12. Qualified candidates must visit the website and complete the counselling process before the deadline. The COMEDK result and rank card link was activated on June 7.
COMEDK Counselling 2025 - How to register and upload documents?
The COMEDK UGET counselling process is done online. Candidates appearing for the counselling for registration and completing the process before the deadline. The step-by-step process to register for the COMEDK counselling is as follows -
- Visit the official website of COMEDK - comedk.org
- Click on the log in tab and enter the required credentials - application number and password.
- Make a payment of the registration fee of INR 2000
- Fill out the details and upload the documents as per the specifications.
- The document verification status will be updated in the applicant login, under the document upload tab.
COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025 - How to check if the document is verified?
The document verification status will be updated in the document upload tab in the applicant login. Candidates are advised to frequently check the document verification status for any changes to be made. Here’s what each document status means -

Your document has been received by the COMEDK and yet to be verified |
| Resubmit |
COMEDK has asked to re-submit few documents. The requested documents must be submitted within 12 hours. If not submitted within the stipulated time, then the candidature will be cancelled. |
| Document resubmitted |
The candidate has resubmitted the document, and it is yet to be verified by the COMEDK |
| Document Approved |
All the documents are in order and have been verified and approved by the COMEDK. Hence, you are now eligible for counselling. |
| Document Rejected |
The documents submitted or rejected are not in order and hence rejected. Candidates can check their email for the reason for rejection. Such candidates will not be able to participate in the counselling process |
| Under Review |
The document is being reviewed by the COMEDK authorities |
| Supplementary approved |
After supplementary/compartment candidates upload their “passed” mark cards, the documents will be verified, and if approved, the candidature’s supplementary is approved. |
