COMEDK 2025: The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka is conducting the COMEDK 2025 exam today, May 10, in three shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. COMEDK exam 2025 is being held in a computer-based mode for all candidates except for those who have been assigned the test centres at  Jammu, Srinagar, Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali, Patiala, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Sriganganagar, Jamnagar and Ambala.

They must carry their COMEDK 2025 admit card and a one photo ID proof while appearing for the exam. This year, a total of 1,31,937 candidates have registered for the exam. COMEDK is a common entrance test held at the national level for admission to around 190 unaided private engineering colleges in Karnataka.  

COMEDK 2025 Reporting Time

Candidates must arrive at the COMEDK centre at least 90 minutes before the exam begins. Entry into the examination hall will be permitted starting 60 minutes before the scheduled start time. Check the table to know the shift-wise COMEDK timings:

COMEDK 2025 Dress Code

As per the official notice released by the officials, the dress code for the COMEDK 2025 exam will follow the guidelines set by the respective state governments.

• Female candidates are advised to wear simple, comfortable clothing such as traditional wear or modest tops and pants, considering the weather. Avoid jewellery, accessories, heels, or boots; opt for sandals or slippers. Long hair should be tied back with a hairband.
• Male candidates should wear sober and simple attire like T-shirts, shirts, pants, or traditional clothes. Avoid belts, electronic gadgets, and other accessories. Only simple sandals or slippers are allowed.

To ensure transparency and prevent any form of malpractice during COMEDK 2025 exam, candidates are strictly advised not to wear full-sleeved clothing or any attire that covers the ears or head, such as scarves, caps, or hooded garments.

What To Carry at COMEDK 2025 Exam Centre?

Candidates can check the below-mentioned to know what to carry at COMEDK exam centre 2025:

• Printed copy of the COMEDK Test Admission Ticket (TAT).
• Original ID proof as specified in the application form.
• Two recent passport-sized colour photographs.
• Only pencils will be allowed for rough work.
• Only transparent water bottles will be permitted inside the exam hall.

What NOT To Carry at COMEDK 2025 Exam Centre?

Candidates appearing for the exam must not carry the below-mentioned items:

• Entry will not be allowed without a printed copy of the COMEDK Test Admission Ticket (TAT).
• All personal devices, including computational tools, Bluetooth devices, and other electronic gadgets, are strictly prohibited.
• All forms of textual material, whether printed or handwritten, including loose paper or notes, are strictly prohibited.
• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
