DTU Signs MoU with SAU to Advance Joint Efforts in R&D, Sustainability, and Education

Delhi Technological University (DTU) and South Asian University (SAU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to foster collaboration in education, sustainability, and digital innovation.

South Asian University (SAU) and Delhi Technological University (DTU) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a collaborative framework focused on research and development, education, sustainability, and digital innovation. The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of both institutions to foster innovation, strengthen capacity-building efforts, and drive initiatives of mutual benefit.

The MoU is expected to pave the way for a range of joint initiatives, including collaborative projects, student and faculty exchange programs, workshops, training sessions, and other academic and research-focused activities. Speaking at the event, Prof. K. K. Aggarwal, President of South Asian University stated, “This MoU marks a new chapter in our partnership. Together, we aim to create impactful solutions and contribute to shared goals or industry objectives.”

Prof. Prateek Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Delhi Technological University added, “We are excited to formalize our collaboration. This agreement reflects our shared commitment, and we look forward to working closely with South Asian University.”

Prof. Katarya emphasised the need for institutional synergies and highlighted how such partnerships can open new avenues for interdisciplinary research, student and faculty exchange, and capacity-building.

The ceremony was graced by senior officials, key stakeholders, and members of the media, underscoring the significance of this partnership in advancing research collaboration. Prof. Rahul Katarya, the nodal officer from DTU, and Dr. Reshma Rastogi, the nodal officer from SAU, played pivotal roles in coordinating the event and facilitating the successful signing of the MoU.
