GATE 2025-26 Scholarship Official Notification OUT: The All India Council for Technical Education has issued an official notification for the GATE 2025-26 scholarship. The AICTE GATE 2025 scholarship portal will be activated on September 1 on the official website aicte.gov.in. Check complete details regarding the GATE scholarship eligibility, dates, documents and more.
The GATE scholarship 2025-26 registration portal will be activated on September 1, 2025. GATE 2025-qualified candidates must provide the prescribed documents to avail the GATE scholarship opportunity at their institutes. All the eligible institutes must upload the eligible PG candidates' details on the scholarship portal. The last date to submit the details is December 15.

Required Documents for GATE 2025 Scholarship
All the eligible candidates must collect their unique ID from the institute and log in at the AICTE GATE scholarship portal to upload the following documents scanned in JPEG or JPG format -
- GATE scorecard
- Bank account linked with the Aadhar card. Only an Aadhar active savings bank account is applicable.
- Scanned copy of the original Aadhar card
- Valid category certificate for SC/ST/EWS/OBC and Non-Creamy layer should be uploaded. The certificate must be the latest (not a year old) and must be issued by the competent authority.
GATE 2025 Stipend/Financial Assistance Details
- Financial Assistance given to M.Tech students is Rs. 12,400 per month and generally paid for 22 months.
- Financial Assistance given for Ph.D. programs (Direct Ph.D. after B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc equivalent with a valid GATE score) is Rs. 37,000 per month for the first two years and Rs. 42,000 per month from the third to the fifth year.

- Click on the registration link
- Fill out the details and upload the documents
- Submit the form and visit the portal to check your application form status.
